**The Role**:
As our GRP Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading our highly skilled team of professionals to deliver top-of-the-line products. Your Monday to Friday factory-based role will involve overseeing all aspects of the GRP manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Leadership**: Guide and inspire a small team to achieve daily production targets and maintain quality standards. Your ability to motivate and mentor team members will be key to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain a sharp eye for detail, ensuring that each product leaving our factory is flawless and adheres to our strict quality control measures.
- **Process Optimisation**: Continuously evaluate and streamline manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Champion a culture of safety throughout the factory, adhering to all health and safety regulations and best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as design and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of projects.

- **Experience**: You have a proven track record in a leadership role within a manufacturing or GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) environment.
