As Performance Test Team Lead, you will be responsible for the Non-functional testing activities at SIS. You will help define and implement the NFT processes, tools and manage the performance testing deliverables.

**Working location**:
The role is based in the Milton Keynes office but there is a hybrid arrangement of time in the office and working from home.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities of the **Performance Test Lead** are set out below:

- Managing performance testing deliverables in the software delivery lifecycle.
- Stakeholder management skills at all levels with excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders - Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners to define performance NFRs.
- Experience using JMeter/LoadRunner to create and maintain NFT scripts.
- Strong experience in Load Testing, Stress, Soak, Endurance, availability, capacity, and Failover (Software & Hardware) testing.
- Analyse performance issues, collect metrics and perform trend analysis.
- Write Performance Test Plans. Test approach and Test Reports
- Manage team and team deliverables in Agile methodology.
- Creation, delivery, and execution of key Strategy & Performance deliverables
- Mentor team members and building efficient and effective performance testing process and practices.
- Develop, implement, and improve performance test integration in the CI/CD pipelines.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Team management responsibility - including recruitment, conducting one-to-ones, performance management, performance appraisals, induction of new team

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- JMeter/LoadRunner - Mandatory
- Strong experience in Load Testing, Stress, Soak, Endurance tests - Mandatory
