Your Role

  • Lead end-to-end testing for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and rollouts.
  • Define and execute test strategy, planning, estimation, and reporting.
  • Manage onsite test teams and coordinate effectively with offshore counterparts.
  • Drive test governance, track milestones, and escalate risks proactively.
  • Oversee and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
  • Ensure quality across SuccessFactors modules like EC, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Payroll, and Performance Goals.
  • Validate integration points with SAP HCM/ERP and third-party systems.
  • Utilize tools like JIRA and XRay for test management and defect tracking.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Test Lead in SAP SuccessFactors projects.
  • Strong knowledge of test case design, defect lifecycle, and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models in enterprise SAP programs.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration testing, cutover validation, and change request testing.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules and integration points.
  • Ability to manage governance and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
