We are recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager for a large early years setting in Liverpool. The nursery is in the Allerton area and is situated near a beautiful park which the children visit daily. It is a large setting with a good ofsted rating andhas a waiting list.

Requirements of the Nursery Manager role in Liverpool
- Must have minimum level 3 in childcare
- Needs management experience within a good our outstanding early years setting (may consider deputy level experience in large settings)
- Good understanding of the EYFS
- Experience of OFSTED

Duties and responsibilities of the role in Allerton area of, Liverpool:

- Actively promote and support the protection of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring that all staff and volunteers observe nursery policies and procedures to keep children safe from harm.
- Help lead and support staff to implement the EYFS
- Monitor and evaluate practice within playrooms to support improvements.
- Work with parents/carers of all children to achieve full integration in the nursery.
- Foresee the needs of all children, families and staff and give wellbeing guidance as appropriate.
- Support all staff and lead a good staff team with high morale.
- Liaise with and support parents/carers and other family members.
- Liaise with the Local Authority and other professionals for the best outcomes for all children.
- To promote the high standards of the nursery at all times to parents, staff and visitors
