**About the role**:
We are looking for a brilliant and dynamic Shop Floor Sales Assistant to join our fun, hardworking and forward-thinking team in our ever-expanding centre, just north of Oxford.

Yarnton Home & Garden is a centre undergoing a huge transformation and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help take our business to the next level.

**Main Responsibilities will include**:

- Go the extra mile for our customers, making sure they have an amazing experience with us.
- Share your product knowledge with customers and other members of the team.
- Assist the visual merchandising team with creating eye catching displays.
- Promote our sustainable products to our customers.
- Be a great team player.
- Selling BBQs and Garden Furniture.
- Striving to achieve set KPIs.

**We are looking for**:

- A strong communicator who is confident to liaise across departments.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and multi-tasking.
- A good work ethic.
- A fast learner.
- Computer literate.
- Proven experience in a previous sales role is essential.
- A self motivator and happy to work alone from time to time.

Please Note: Weekend work is essential with an addition of working two weekdays, 32 hours in total.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.60 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week
