**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our fun, hardworking and forward-thinking team in our ever-expanding Garden Centre, just north of Oxford.

Yarnton Home & Garden is a garden centre undergoing a huge transformation and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help take our centre to the next level.
- Using our computerised stock control system - accurately booking orders in, dispatching online sales orders.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries using a teletruk forklift and distributing them to the correct departments - communication is key.
- Keeping the goods in department clean, tidy and hazard free. Ensuring fire exits are always kept clear. Including the top field & Containers.
- Pricing orders ready to go onto the shop floor.
- Work safely and accurately at speed, ensuring the proper and timely completion of all tasks.
- Communicating with the VM/Shop team when product is ready to go out, keeping an up-to-date delivery log.
- Quality check as stock arrives - reject & request a credit for damaged/faulty goods - communicate any issues to the buying team.
- Go the extra mile for our customers, making sure they have an amazing experience with us.
- Share your product knowledge with customers and other members of the team.

**We are looking for**:

- A strong communicator who is confident to liaise across departments.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Clean Driving License - Essential.
- Fork Lift License - Desired
- Exceptional level of attention to detail.
