Junior Recruiter

**About the opportunity**

Our people are what make Guestline a great place to work, it’s important to us that we find and hire the very best talent to build a world class team. We’re looking for an entry level Recruiter who can support our search for the very best talent in all our international markets.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to start their career as in-house recruitment or to gain an insight into the world of HR. Alternatively, you may already have some exposure to People Operations or Recruitment and would like to develop your skills with hands on experience in an international tech company.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Becoming an expert in our core values to help us hire to them and therefore uphold and enhance our culture
- You’ll have an eye for detail: managing our job board and website advertising with an eye on consistency, look and feel of our adverts
- You’ll gather insightful references on new Guestliners to ensure they’re the right fit for our business and that we’re able to deliver bespoke insight of past performance to leaders
- Coordinating our onboarding process to ensure that future Guestliners are feeling part of the crowd before they join us
**About you**

You don’t need any previous HR/ Recruitment experience. All we ask is that: *
- **You are meticulously organized**:

- you are methodical by nature and regularly find ways to improve processes to maximise efficiency
- **You are comfortable navigating a Spreadsheet**:

- whilst this is a people focused role, you’ll understand the value that data plays in helping us make informed decisions
- **You’re an engaging communicator** - you keep everyone in the loop at every stage of the recruitment process
- **You’re bold and prepared to drive change** - you use learning techniques, soft skills and lead by example to inject new ways of thinking wherever needed and you’re not adverse to trying new things in order to deliver the best possible service
- **You’re kind **- one of our most important attributes in a Guestliner, you’re easy to work with and you’ll go out of your way to help others, feeling proud when others around you succeed
- **You relentlessly think Guest** - thinking of the Guest comes second nature to Guestliners, we put a customer lens on all that we do. Your “Guest” will be your internal customers, who you will always consider when carrying out your role
