We are looking for a Deli Assistant to work as part of the deli /hot food team in our Kenny's Coleraine store.

Hours are 7am to 3pm. The store is open 7 days per week and you will be required to work 3 - 5 shifts per week on a rota basis. Hourly rate is from £5.50 to £10.50 depending on age and experience.

Your duties will include:
Greet and serve customers, advise of available offerings and maintain the standards of the deli counters

Assist in preparing the hot and cold food

Serving customers in a fast paced environment.
- Comply with company food safety policies and legislation.
- Wrap/package goods for the customer, ensuring the appropriate price is attached for payment at the till area.
- Cleaning duties following our Clean As You Go procedure and daily/weekly store cleaning plan

**We would like you to have**:

- Previous experience in deli/food service (preferred but not essential)
- Good team working skills
- Excellent customers service skills
- An interest in cooking or relevant cooking experience
- High standard of cleanliness
- Health and Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £5.50-£10.50 per hour
