**Senior Lettings Negotiator - Cannock - Salary Negotiable**
My client is one of the leading Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built up over the last 25 years. They are an independent, family run business who are a friendly bunch who strive to provide an exceptional service to alltheir clients. They are looking for an experienced ARLA qualified Senior Lettings Negotiator for the branch in Cannock. They are looking for a career driven and ambitious person who is not looking for just a job but an opportunity to grow and progress withintheir business.
**Senior Lettings Negotiator Main Duties**:
- Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
- Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
- Booking and attending viewings
- Carrying out regular Landlord updates
- Negotiating offers
- Preparing tenancy agreements and move ins
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Assisting with Property Management when required
**Senior Lettings Negotiator Key Skills Required**:
- Lettings experience Essential
- ARLA Qualified or in the process of obtaining ARLA
- Posses strong negotiation skills
- Posses excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of the industry
- Be motivated and hugely driven
- To have a good knowledge of the local area
- Full UK Licence and Car
**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm with a day off in lieu
