**Lettings Negotiator - Cannock - up to £22k basic + Commission (Office Based)**
My client is one of the leading Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built up over the last 25 years. They are an independent, family run business who are a friendly bunch who strive to provide an exceptional service to all their clients.
Within the role of a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for sourcing suitable tenants, including generating and booking viewings and obtaining lets on properties.
**Lettings Negotiator Key Skills Required**:
- Minimum of 6 months residential Lettings experience
- Posses strong negotiation skills
- Posses excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of the industry
- Be motivated and hugely driven
- To have a good knowledge of the local area
**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm with a day off in lieu
