- Maintain a fast and friendly service, especially during peak times.
- Taking accurate orders on our epos.
- Product and price awareness
- Food safety and allergy awareness knowledge, courses provided on employment.
- Creating and assembling our famous local ice cream products.
- Barista duties
- Parlour cleanliness, maintaining a clean, clear and safe working environment
- Prep work before the parlour opens and/or post service.
- Ensuring the parlour is well stocked, either ahead of time or during service as we go.

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
