One of the largest motor retailers in the UK with a turnover exceeding three billion are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join their team.

This role is based in Gateshead with hybrid working available.

**Role**

Supporting the digital marketing and website development functions by providing analytics and insight to the wider marketing teams, to monitor funnel performance, improve conversion and measure digital marketing campaigns/channels RoI. Provide recommendationsto improve website tracking, conversion and customer data insight.

**Responsibilities**
- Digital marketing analytics working with stakeholders to aid lead gen and reporting against digital marketing channels.
- Website and marketing funnel insight to optimise marketing performance
- Build, develop and maintain data models, data automation systems & dashboards.
- Working with colleagues for integration of 3rd party tracking and providing support to our development and digital teams
- Utilising tools such as Power BI & Data Studio to provide meaningful insights and key performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Overall monitoring of marketing campaigns, channels and promotions
- Looking into the use of complex multi-touch attribution models to be used for reporting purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Google Analytics experience within a digital marketing team
- Experience with dealing with complex data and using powerful data tools such as Power BI (or similar) to present insight to management teams
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professional curiosity and personal drive.
- Strong communication and cross-functional skill set with the ability to engage, listen and collaborate with teams across the business.
