We are looking to recruit a Front of House Receptionist with the experience and passion for delivering a high-end reception service. You will be immaculately presented and professional with a proven work history in a similar role.
This is a part time position in an office building, located on a small business park in Bracknell.

**Hours and salary**
Salary - Part time: £11,230
8.00 - 5.00 Wednesday and Thursday
(Working lunch and comfort breaks to be taken in the building)
No weekends but flexibility is required to provide cover for holidays and sickness.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Managing Reception**
- Manage and take ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambiance reflects the clients’ and tenants’ expectations
- Ensure a warm, friendly and professional welcome - you will become the ‘face of the building’
- Sign in all visitors to the building following appropriate reception processes
- Manage deliveries including couriers and post
**The building**
- Confidently manage maintenance contractors and ensure any building issues are reported and managed to resolution. This will include communication with the Building Manager and assisting with any general administration tasks, as required
- Proactive in making suggestions or recommending improvements to the visitor or tenant experience at the building
- Submit weekly reports on activity to key stake holders
- Undertake general administration (as required)
**Tenant experience and community engagement**
- Develop a monthly newsletter for tenants
- Introduce a selection of pop ups and events for the tenants, helping to drive a sense of community and aid enjoyment in the workplace. This may include negotiating promotions and offers, freebies with local businesses; relevant concierge services e.g. dry cleaning pick up (as and when required)
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Proven experience of working in a high end, front of house reception role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent Microsoft Office and confident social media /App user
- Confident and creative with a good eye for detail and able to produce communications using onsite/branded graphics.
- Personable and proactive with a confident manner, a warm personality and be able to deliver impeccable customer service
