At least one years' experience of working in one of the following areas is preferred:

- Dental Receptionist, Dental Nurse or Treatment Coordinator.

Also important is your experience of providing 5-star customer service in a busy patient or customer based environment.

**Skills/attributes required**:

- Presentable with excellent oral and written English
- Organised, great at multitasking
- Attention to detail and accuracy ie with patient records
- Warm, personable nature
- Showing initiative and growth in previous roles
- SOE EXTRA software knowledge preferred
