**Senior eCommerce Marketing Manager - London - up to £100k**
My client is looking for a talented eCommerce professional to own their B2B eCommerce strategy and take their sales to the next level. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will be a key senior member within the team and will make your markwithin a fast-paced environment. As the expert in eCommerce, your main goal will be to strategically elevate the eCommerce offering, working with your team, and external agencies, to deliver an exceptional experience and driving ambitious KPIs planned forthe next 2 to 3 years and beyond.
**Package - Senior eCommerce Marketing Manager**
- Basic salary of £75k
- 100k
- Hybrid working - 60% of month office based
- Benefits associated with a major employer
- 5+ years’ experience within a similar eCommerce focused role
- Demonstrable experience in growing eCommerce sales
- Strong collaborator and mentor with the ability to bring out the best in talent and effectively motivate and manage teams
- Commercially minded and able to demonstrate ROI using data driven strategies
- You will have an analytical & inquisitive mind, with a passion for interrogating data to understand current performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Relationship building skills with the ability to interface with senior executives and experts across the organisation
- Be creative and strive to always think differently
- You will be adept at managing multiple concurrent projects and able to prioritise your workload accordingly
- You will be poised and confident, able to liaise with large organisations and present business cases to senior management
