We are looking for a Head Receptionist to lead and manage our team of receptionists here at Chateau Rhianfa. As Head Receptionist you will be responsible for a small team of receptionists, and will be the first and last point of contact for all our guests. You will have good organisational skills, be customer focused and have a strong understanding of IT systems.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
Taking Reservations

Assisting guests and their enquiries,

Checking guests in and out of the hotel,

Processing payments,

Serving drinks and Taking Orders as required

Once initial training has been completed there will be the opportunity for further training and progression with in the business.

Be a part of the hotel Head of Departments Team

Conduct departmental meetings, and attend hotel meetings

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
