**Reconciliations executive**
I am working with an established Fintech who are changing the payments space. They operate one of the largest domestic banking and payment networks in the world, giving its customers direct access to more than 100 countries domestic payment networks, coveringover 60 currencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring of operating accounts, ensuring reconciliations are performed accurately and within defined time frames
- Escalation of items that present risk
- Posting reconciliation items within internal systems and utilising 3rd party tools.
- Ad hoc project work related to reconciliation, including, but not limited to Product initiatives, Audit requests, Regulatory requests.
- Assisting the FX and Reconciliation manager with monitoring and managing day-to-day processing activity.

**Who are they looking for**:
This role would suit someone with experience in settlements and fast paced operations from gained within financial services.

**Skills**:

- 2+ years expeience in settlement or reconciliation operations
- Knowledge of global payment routes and reconciliation best practices.
- Have a solid understanding of payments, reconciliations, and exception management
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Familiar with process mapping and the development of operating procedures
