Maintenance person required for general maintenance of holiday properties in the Northumberland area.

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

- Window cleaning (reach wash)
- Basic gardening such as lawn mowing
- Small paint jobs
- General repair/maintenance jobs

Must have a valid license, company van will be provided.

March - October hours are Friday and Saturday between 10am -6pm.

October - March hours are Friday and Saturday between 10am -5pm.

Additional working days available Monday - Thursday

Time and a half for any bank holidays worked.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
