**Alternative Weekends (7am - 12pm)**

**You must have valid right to work in the UK and currently reside here, and also have a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle with business insurance**
- **Covering areas: Must live approx 5 miles from Twickenham, Sunbury, Feltham, Richmond and Hampton**_

**What we’ll offer you**
- Above average rates of pay: £13.90 - £15.70 P/H per care call
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile between calls
- Travel time: Minimum 1 hour care calls - No rushing

No experience is required as a **full induction and ongoing training**will be provided. Good verbal and written communication skills as well as a caring nature is required but previous experience working in a care role is desirable but not essential.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Ensure top-quality care at all times, following Right at Home’s policies.
- Work closely with the Care Manager.
- Provide personal care to support clients' hygiene, comfort, and appearance.
- Assist with meal prep, household tasks, shopping, and medication management.
- Offer social support, fostering connections with friends and family.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and maintain compliance through online learning.
- Contribute to safe moving and handling of clients.
- Work as part of a team, following schedules and keeping accurate records, while using your initiative to make decisions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
