Papillon Home Care are looking for caring people to join our teams supporting local vulnerable people with various care needs within their own home.

In this role, you'll be helping people of all ages live independently. You'll help with preparing meals, housework and personal care. As a companion, you'll provide emotional support by helping people stay connected to their community and family.

We have to offer in Ashford and the surrounding areas.
- Driver with own car is essential due to the nature of this role.
- Due to an occupational requirement where our clients require personal care and request female care staff, we are currently only recruiting for female care workers, our male rounds are full.
- Please note we can not offer school hours only and some weekend hours are required, even every other weekend.

No experience? No problem, we provide full training alongside shadow shifts, tasters and full support to help you start a career in care. To be a great carer you need kindness, compassion and patience, if you have these, we can help with the rest.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide care and support for elderly clients in their own homes.
- Work with a team of professional healthcare workers.
- Help with basic daily activities of life (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and light household chores.
