Busy Leigh on Sea estate agency and property Management Company are looking for an experienced property manager to join their busy team.

Job roles includes
- Organising and carrying out routine Property visits and reporting to the landlord.
- Booking Gas checks, EICR checks and EPC’s
- Liaising with contractors to arrange works at property
- Moving tenants into new property
- Tenant referencing
- Tenancy check ins
- Tenancy checkouts
- Drawing up tenancy agreements
- Deposit disputes & resolutions
- Property Inventories
- AST renewals
- Organising rent insurance policies
- Property Management department admin

Full time, 5 days per week to include Saturdays (with a day off during the week)

Competitive Salary ATE

Ideally looking for someone with previous property management experience of at least one year or office administration experience.
