Vacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Burnham, Slough SL1

Salary: OTE £32k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced organised, forward thinking and energetic Property Manager to join a lively company with offices in the Berkshire area.

The ideal candidate for this job will work as part of a strong team that are responsible for managing a large portfolio of residential properties, so experience in all aspects of the property management including serving of S21 and S8 Notices is essential.

You will be negotiating renewals, dealing with tenancy deposits, and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the process including tenants, landlords and contractors so an ability to be persuasive but friendly is essential.

At least a year's experience in Property Management is essential but our client may consider a candidate with a strong lettings industry background.

In addition, candidates need to be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a track record of working within a customer service environment.

Previous Property Management experience essential – ARLA helpful.

The Client: Our client is a successful independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Berkshire area.
