Hospitality Receptionist

**As Hospitality Receptionist you will be responsible for managing the hospitality function of a busy and thriving business; representing the company in a professional manner front of house, combined with general front office and general admin tasks.**
**You will be joining a very successful, modern company who are experts in their field. Based in Boldon, their spacious office is based in a great location close to public transport links and Boldon leisure park. Free onsite parking is also available outside of the office**
**This is an urgent role starting ASAP so you must be available to start work immediately.**
**Hourly rate: £19,000 - £20,000, depending on experience**
**Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday, 30-minute lunch break each day**
**Duties**:
- First point of contact representing the company front of house, answering the intercom, and greeting guests
- Welcoming visitors into the office and notifying relevant staff, showing guests to meeting room
- Setting up and preparing meeting rooms
- Ordering and setting out lunches and catering for executive meetings
- Ensuring refreshments, catering etc is replenished as and when required
- Answering incoming calls and passing on accurate messages
- Managing office appointments and meetings/meeting rooms
- Ordering office stationery
**Skills, experience, and attributes required**:
- Front of house experience is desirable, strong communication essential
- Uphold high personal and professional standards
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, front of house and/or receptionist roles is highly beneficial
