**Office Angels currently have a fantastic, permanent opportunity for a Front of House Assistant to join our client, who is based in South Tyneside.**

**We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic individual, who loves to go that extra mile and relishes in providing a warm welcome and service to customers, both face to face and via telephone. W orking alongside a team of talentedindividuals, the successful individual must have a great eye for detail, be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and the ability build instant rapport with customers.**

- **Salary: £20,000**:

- **Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM**:

**Duties**:

- Meeting, greeting, and interacting with customers
- Answering the main telephone line and supporting customers where possible, taking and diverting messages
- Ordering, organising, and assisting with hospitality, catering and events
- Setting up and preparing refreshments and ensuring they are replenished as and when required
- Managing diary and booking system
- Ordering stock

**Skills, experience, and attributes required**:

- Hospitality experience is desirable
- Good customer service and communication skills are essential
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, front of house and/or receptionist roles is highly beneficial
