Client Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate Client Coordinator with an eye for news to create engaging content.
Join Globelynx as a Client Coordinator and you’ll work in a small, close-knit team working with thought leaders and broadcasters. Reporting straight into the Head of Broadcast Operations your role will be vital in positioning our experts as industry insiders.

**What you’ll be doing**
**As a Client Coordinator your main responsibilities will be**:

- Promoting our experts to broadcasters by pitching them on relevant stories
- Writing and publishing sharp and compelling Globelynx news alerts
- Reacting to breaking news with alerts and interview suggestions
- Know how the cameras and our video editing system operate
- Working closely with our experts to create live opportunities and recorded interviews
- Supporting clients, before, during and after live and recorded interviews
- Working with the commercial team to track engagements and assist with campaigns
- Supporting and maintaining our social media

**Do you have?**:

- Ability to spot the right news story for expert comment
- Strong interest in national and international news stories
- Knowledge of the broadcast sector
- Solid writing skills to create punchy headlines and intros
- Video editing skills for social media
**It would also be useful to have**:

- Experience in Media, Broadcast or related industries
- Languages would be a bonus
