**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Role Title: Business Administrator (On-Site)

Team: Operations - Administration Team

Reports to: Team Heads/Operations Director

**PURPOSE**

To provide efficient, effective and consistent office administration support to the Operations team.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- To provide administrative and clerical support to the Operations Department
- Liaise with Site Attendants and Technical Engineers regarding service issues on ANPR cameras and P&D machines
- Support Technology Department with general tasks such as stock inventories, organising data for client reports etc
- Support in the design and ordering of site signage
- Support Technical Support Department with daily tasks - such as requisitions, stock requests
- Support Operations/Projects Team with creation of Site Packs, filing of ‘as built’ records
- Support with the archiving of files in Operations drive
- Any other reasonable, ad-hoc tasks requested

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**Qualifications**
- GCSE Level 4 or above in Mathematics and English (or equivalent)

- Role is on-site, Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 07:30 - 16:00/08:30 - 17:00 (40 hrs)
