**The Role**:
We’re looking for a new member of staff to join our ITAD team.

The role will involve handling and processing failed units and items that need to be broken down for materials ready to be recycled if re-use isn’t an option.

This busy role is physically demanding, you will need an analytic mind, plenty of motivation and energy to help process all of our parts that can’t be repaired or refurbished. The role will involve working alongside other departments in the warehouse and offices, so you need to be professional, conscientious and have good communication skills, and most crucially be able to dismantle, transport and locate the processed e-waste.

Previous experience in a role involving lots of manual handling and problem solving would be an advantage but the most important thing to us is a positive can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. Please note the role will involve a degree of working both in and outdoors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dismantling, segregating, transporting failed parts IT parts and equipment.
- Adhering to and understanding strict health and safety and compliance guidelines.
- Finding a solution to any problems that may arise whilst processing to keep the operation moving whilst assuring the security of customer data.

- Attention to detail - you’ll need to be able to follow strict operational guidelines.
- Competency using manual and powered work tools.
- Methodical approach to problem solving and ability to use own initiative.

- Previous warehousing experience.
