**The Role**: Our client is now recruiting for a Customer Success Executive in the next phase of their growth and development. The role will focus on the retention of existing enterprise level accounts. You will be measured on customer satisfaction,responsiveness and helping contacts (typically Head of Procurement) to use the platform effectively. A successful Customer Success Executive will be instrumental in ensuring the retention of key, targeted accounts. The Customer success Executive role is suitedto a pro-active, organised and friendly salesperson.

- Assisting with proper use of the platform
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
**For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:
- 1+ years B2B customer success / account management experience
- A committed and thorough approach to work
- Interest in sustainability or perhaps from a social enterprise/policy background is ideal
