**The role is remote working with periodic travel for Project: Hack in London and workshops with clients.**
**Job Role**
We are looking for a Product Manager who has an aspiration to work with Projecting Success to develop new capabilities and ways of working within Project Delivery organisations. You will report to the Head of Product and be responsible for shaping the tools and solutions being developed using your previous experience and knowledge of delivering construction projects. You will help to assess both the feasibility and practicality of solutions being developed, and break products down into user stories, wireframes and development tasks to be worked on by the development team.

**The core responsibilities of this role include**:
- Deliver workshops and work closely with our clients to define and understand their problems in the delivery of projects.
- Translate problems and business requirements into feasible and practical solutions in collaboration with our product and technical teams.
- Work within agile teams to break products down into user stories, wireframes and development tasks to be worked on by the development team.
- Mentorship of our Business Analysts around the practicalities of construction projects, and the feasibility and ease-of-use of solutions within a project environment.
- Assist with the production and maintenance of technical documents relating to the delivery of workshops, as well as for the scoping and requirements gathering of solutions.
- Assist with the development of challenges for our community Hackathons.
- Maintaining an awareness of developments across the digital construction industry.
