**Role Overview**:
**Duties**:
Advise on Technical solutions to customers.
Research competitor solutions and advise accordingly.
Manage, organise and update both the Project Tracker and Architectural Tracker.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical methods
Respond to and follow up on Technical Sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Arrange and participate in meetings and project team activities.
Any other reasonable duties as required.
The use of Barbour ABI lead generator
Attend site as part of training and then give advice on the use of PGUK products
Arrange presentations to architects and sub-contractors where required
**Area of responsibility**:
High levels of numeracy and literacy. Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Mathematics and English.
Knowledge of SAP or Sage would be advantageous.
CAD knowledge would be advantageous
Must have a dynamic, can-do attitude.
Must have the ability to think on their feet and solve problems using own initiative and work as part of a team.
Ability to take ownership of a problem.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £24,500.00 per year
