A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Team Leader to join my client in the Wolverhampton area. You will be joining a company that has a strong family-feel culture with endless opportunities.
The purpose of the role is to mentor and develop team members to allow them to effectively deliver customer service excellence to both internal and external customers, your responsibility will be to embed a positive culture of continuous improvement and buildgreat relationships with customers throughout Europe and the UK.
**Duties and responsibilities of the role;**:

- To develop and maintain relationships with key partners
- Ensure your team are trained sufficiently and add solutions to improve the overall customer service experience
- Provide support to external sales representatives
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service experience and support to end users
- Improve department KPI’s including prompt response times, resolution of customer complaints and achieving set targets
- Proven experience as a team leader or a manager in a customer service operation
- A second european language would be advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience in a sales team would be advantageous
- Experience of leading people
- Able to motivate a team of people and set KPI’s/targets
