If you are an experienced operations team leader who can manage your own workload, enjoys variety and challenges - you belong at Bromford.

As an operations team leader you will serve a key role in ensuring that things get done in an effective and efficient manner. You will be leading a team of operations planners who will be booking schedules of required works such as day to day repairs for our customers. You will support your team as well as lead, which will include ordering materials and undertake the daily planning of resources and schedules. You will also use your analytical experience to use our systems to run reports, thus ensuring that engineers have sufficient works in diaries and the rescheduling of works is undertaken.

You will also utilise your prioritisation skills to liaise with customers, colleagues, suppliers and contractors; the focus being an out of hours emergency service cover and general repairs completed as a first time fix. So that our customers receive a first class repairs service, being conscientious and proactive in ensuring a high quality level of service output within your team will be important.

This is a fast paced environment so you will be integral in finding solutions and bringing your experience and ideas to satisfy our customers' needs.

**Key aspects of the role includes**:

- Leading a team of operational planners and administrators
- Planning and scheduling repairs
- Ensuring the team provides a high level of service
- Ensuring an out of hours emergency service for repairs is available
- Running reports and analysing data.

**As an Operations Team Leader you will need**:

- Experience of working in a similar role
- An understanding of social housing repairs
- Strong IT and data analysis skills
- Proven experience of prioritisation and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A commitment to our DNA and be a great ambassador for Bromford.

Due to the nature of the role, a DBS Enhanced check will be completed for the successful applicant.

You will be based from our Wolverhampton office (WV10) but on occasions there will be the need travel to our other hubs.

Your previous experience may be in roles such as team leader, assistant team leader, deputy team leader, operations manager, operations assistant amongst others.
