**The role**:
As an Environment Concept Artist you will bring creative ideas and a high level of technical skill to develop inspiring artwork for the project. You'll bring a level of enthusiasm and experience that allows you to create unique takes on familiar ideas and collaborate closely with other concept artists on the team. You will also work with the wider art team, narrative and design to help visually solve creative.

With highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic people across the various art disciplines, the team are united by a strong desire to bring our project’s world and characters to life in the most creative way possible while finding clever solutions to the technical challenges that come with making innovative games in familiar genres.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being proactive at bringing creative solutions and ideas throughout the concept process.
- Creating and understanding the constraints of development-ready artwork that can be used for both internal development and outsource.
- Alongside the Production team and the Art Director, help plan your work, identifying dependencies and raising risks.
- Regularly communicate with the Art Director and Concept Team to discuss progress and review work.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to understand their requirements and propose solutions, while adhering to the world’s overall art direction.

**Requirements**:

- A solid portfolio consisting of environment art that covers both practical concept design and emotionally driven key art
- Creative mindset towards visual problem solving and world building
- Strong technical abilities that range from fast, numerous ideation sketches, to more polished key art.
- Proven track record for creating concept art within the games industry
- Enjoyment from working collaboratively with both concept and the wider team
