We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Early Years Early Help Team.
As part of our diverse and multi-disciplinary hub, you will encourage families to engage and foster their child's play, language, and holistic development.
The Early Years Team sits within the Early Help Hub structure in Swansea to ensure that children and families have access to the right support at the right time from the right person regardless of age and location.
The Early Help Hubs work using the signs of wellbeing framework supporting wellbeing using a locality-based hub structure and a single point of contact for professionals.
The Early Years, Early Help worker (EYEH) support families to establish and enhance skills that better enable them to help their child meet their developmental milestones. Encouraging families to engage and promote their child's play, language and holistic development.
EYEH worker will support and scaffold learning, knowledge, skills and understanding of the early years, play work and childcare sector as part of the early years pathway and be able to deliver a range of services and opportunities for children aged 0 - 11 years of age.
EYEH worker will deliver evidence-based programmes, practice, play opportunities and interventions as well as whole family approaches, via open access play sessions, group and one to one work.
EYEH worker will also support and deliver provision for children with emerging or diagnosed disabilities.
