Campaign Manager

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Campaign Manager to join our growing Brand Marketing team on a permanent, full-time basis (39.5 hours per week). This is a new role based in our York Head Office at Northminster Business Park, Upper Poppletonwhere free parking available on site. **Campaign Manager role overview**:
Alongside the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be a driving force behind our marketing strategy via the ownership of our activity plan and the campaigns within. With support, you will lead key stakeholders to keep everyone on track, on time and on budget
- communicating and driving progress of all aspects of projects from inception to delivery.
An integral role within the wider marketing team, you will be the main point of contact for all marketing activity and will work collaboratively across the business to deliver cohesive campaigns.
As a retail business we move at pace so we are looking for someone who remains calm under pressure and can efficiently switch between differing priorities.

**Key Responsibilities of our Campaign Manager**:
- End-to-end delivery of various marketing and business initiatives
- Scoping and creating project and campaign briefs
- Owning critical path, communicating timeframes and updating relevant stakeholders
- Activity calendar management, ensuring accurate and timely updates
- Coordination of samples with key stakeholders
- Create KPIs and collate performance reports for relevant projects, supported by wider marketing team
- Create and manage project autopsies, ensuring learnings are built into future projects
- Plan and prioritize marketing campaigns across all relevant platforms and channels (both offline and online)
- Support with ATL media initiatives
- Closely collaborate with the product and content teams to ensure a smooth and comprehensive experience across all our customers touchpoints
- Support Head of Brand Marketing on ad-hoc projects
**Ideal requirements to be our Campaign Manager**:
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks independently
- Possesses the ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Has strong stakeholder management skills
- Interested in fashion retail and all things brand
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence at all levels and present with confidence
- Previous experience in critical path and project management
**Pay & Benefits for our Campaign Manager**:
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus:
