Grassroots Player Id Coordinator

**The Role**:
We are looking for a **Grassroots Player ID Coordinator (U12s-U16s)** to design, implement and lead a process and team of player assessment in order to identify and recruit exceptional talent within grassroots football (clubs, schools, district and individual academy programmes) within the governing boundary of travel.
In this exciting role, you'll enthusiastically support increased intelligence and understanding of the player pool in the London and in specified regions, to support the injection of high quality talent into our player pipelines at the appropriate age and time.

**Your day-to-day**
***:
- **Grow and develop our talent pools**:
- you'll proactively build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of players in London and specified regions through a high quality player assessment and player identification process
- **Recruit and onboard players**:
- you will identify and bring aboard players in line with our Academy's standards, values and principles and in compliance with external guidelines
- **Oversee and manage budgets**:
- you'll proudly work with senior colleagues to manage budgets and operations costs in relation to team expenses, contracts and payments
- **Act as a proud ambassador for our club**:
- you will actively promote our Academy's standards and our club values and act as a role model at all times
- **Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of players**:
- you will be committed to ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of all elite players, promoting their wellbeing whilst maintaining professional boundaries
- **Attend games to assess potential talent**:
- you'll enthusiastically attend matches to assess players and produce insightful profiles and reports that are consistent with the wider club
- **Build and maintain impactful external relationships**:
- you will establish and foster strong relationships with players, parents/guardians, schools and our fellow clubs

- you're equipped with a thorough knowledge of key markets and players and you keep abreast of industry movements at all times
- **Track record of effective player recruitment**:
- you have experience of working closely with Heads of Recruitment and Talent ID Leads to efficiently identify, attract and onboard players within the given age group
- **Comprehensive understanding of rules and regulations**:
- you've got a firm grasp of all rules and regulations that govern player assessment and recruitment (FIFA, the FA, the Premier League and the Football League)
- **Exceptional relationship management skills**:
- you pride yourself on your ability to build and foster impactful relationships with grassroots clubs, independent academies, schools, parents, local communities and players
- **Trusted teamplayer**:
- you possess a knack for collaboration and proudly partner with colleagues across Coaching, Strength and Conditioning, Medical and Safeguarding teams
- **Best-in-class external stakeholder management skills** - you're well versed in establishing and nurturing winning external partnerships with parents/guardians, players, schools and other clubs
