We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated part time administrator, to provide administrative support for the Cambridge Locality Team based at Union House.

We are keen to support and develop our staff through a clear career pathway and encourage promotional opportunities within the Trust. If you meet the eligibility criteria there will be the opportunity to complete a Level 2, 3 or 4 Apprenticeship qualification in Business and Administration. As part of the apprenticeship, you will achieve a national recognised qualification and gain experience in administration in a health care setting.

The post holder will be required to provide a comprehensive administrative service supporting the existing team administrators as well as a range of clinical staff. Duties will include shared reception duties, booking appointments for clinicians and with patients over the telephone, processing referrals, maintaining waiting lists, typing of minutes, ordering stationery and other general administrative duties.
We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills including strong IT and knowledge of Teams, you will also have excellent communication skills. We have a large supportive team and require someone who has experience of working in a busy office / clinical setting.
