**Helpdesk Agent Job Summary**
We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Helpdesk Agent with a global organisation that has over 250 offices across the UK.This is a varied role that will be challenging, but no day will ever be the same
**Helpdesk Agent Job Role**
As a Helpdesk agent, you will be liaising with the UK based offices and external contractors to organise efficient solutions for internal customers and stakeholders.
The support you will be offering as a Helpdesk Agent will include, but not limited to:

- Taking full account of P1/P2 queries and see them through to the end by logging a ticket on every occasion
- Co-ordinate with contractors, local offices and Technical Managers
- Ensure the right escalation process is being followed at all times

**Helpdesk Agent Required Skills and Experience**
The key skills needed to be a successful help desk agent are varied but include:

- Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Good customer service skills
- Call centre or helpdesk experience
- Previous experience with ticketing systems
- Experience working within facilities management would be desirable
