You will be reporting to the Head of Talent Development and will work closely with the rest of the Talent Development team to build strong relationships with all employees across Ridge. As the Training Administrator, you will help to support employees with their ongoing professional learning by providing them with the support they need to succeed within their professional disciplines e.g. Architecture, Surveying, Engineering.Providing administrative support to the Talent Development Team will offer you a varied and interesting role with the opportunity to learn new skills.**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Course Administration**:

- booking of trainers, venues, travel, accommodation, and facilities for L&D events. Communicating course requirements with trainers, facilities, learners, and external suppliers within agreed timelines. After each event monitor and collate L&D evaluation forms.**Training Requests** - ensuring robust systems are in place for monitoring requests received, researching potential training solutions, reporting on trends/employee requirements, and communicating training requests to the rest of the Talent Development team.**Record Keeping** - producing and maintaining accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures, keeping the internal chartership training scheme records up to date and ensuring spend is recorded.**Continuous Improvement** - researching L&D practices to meet organisational, departmental, and individual development needs. Identifying ways to improve internal processes used by the team and feeding this back to the rest of the Talent Development team. Supporting the Talent Development team in achieving the L&D strategy.**General Administration -** Administering the work experience programme, updating our e-learning system, processing PO’s and invoices, helping to monitor the Talent inbox, and highlighting any issues as they arise.**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Good office-based admin skills, ideally in an HR / L&D environment
- Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and adjust to change
- Discretion, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times
- Working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
