Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a **Project/Delivery Manager - 3rd Party and Tenders** for an initial **6 Months** contract based **remotelywith optional travel to Swindon.**

**Purpose of the Project/Delivery Manager - 3rd Party and Tenders**:

- Working on the protection portfolio you will be involved in a number of work streams, focusing on working with 3rd party's, new product launches, tenders, RFPs and RFIs.
- This role will use appropriate frameworks, tools and techniques to plan and deliver change initiatives, adapting approach to manage complexity and drive out safe delivery at pace, while delivering towards the overall change team Objectives and Key Results(OKRs) and managing the expectations of stakeholders. The role will lead the way as a facilitator who helps and supports the change team to perform at their best, follow the scrum process an agile values and practices typically for medium to large sized changeinitiatives/projects or programmes.

**As a Project/Delivery Manager - 3rd Party and Tenders, you will be responsible for**:

- Managing workstreams and teams, developing and maintaining plans
- identifying key milestones and dependencies for inclusion in the Master Project Plan.
- Identifying, communicating and resolving risks and issues
- Assess Change Requests, manage internal and external suppliers.
- Supporting the day-to-day management of complex change initiatives throughout the full lifecycle.
- Supporting the Delivery team from inception through to close down; scoping, planning, managing, and delivering on initiatives.
- Considering factors such as business readiness, release management, demand management and the implementation.
- Assessing the outcomes linked to the initiative, ensuring that they will be fit for purpose within the business, meeting the needs of our members and employees.
- 2-3 years' project manager experience
- Experience dealing with 3rd parties, tenders, stakeholders
- Excellent organisation and planning skills and ability to prioritise.
- Knowledge and experience of business change
- Good stakeholder management, negotiating, influencing, motivational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience of working within a complex change management environment.
- Strong technical experience with a proven track record of delivery.
- Experience of supplier management / engagements and working alongside partner resources.

**_This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model._**
