Location: Swindon / London Department: PayTech - Market Success

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Manager to join our Strategic Programmes Delivery Squad, ensuring the successful implementation of high-impact projects across international markets.

The Role

As a Strategic Delivery Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multiple work streams across technical, compliance, financial, and client-facing domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of strategic projects such as new payment scheme integrations, product launches, and large-scale client migrations.

  • Define project scope, initiate and mobilize resources, and oversee delivery through to operational readiness.

  • Manage several parallel work streams across IT, compliance, legal, finance, and international client teams.

  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution and escalation management.

  • Provide accurate planning, effort estimations, and status reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Introduce changes to client programmes while minimizing disruption to existing services.

  • Negotiate amendments to client objectives, balancing immediate needs with phased delivery.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in processes and tools.

  • Promote Edenred PayTech services and solutions to clients and partners.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' project management experience, ideally in payments or strategic programmes.

  • Proven track record of managing projects through the full lifecycle.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Experience working in agile and fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.

  • Confidence in managing senior stakeholders, international clients, and third parties.

  • Ability to run workshops and present ideas effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across multiple projects.

  • Fluent English (French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Italian is a plus).

  • University/Master's degree; PM qualifications preferred.
