**Digital Analytics Lead**

**Working for a strategic and innovative marketing agency**
- WFH/2 days in the office per week (London)
- Opportunity to build a section of the business from the ground up
- £75K-£80K (some flexibility)

You'll be joining this established digital and data agency at a pivotal time of growth and change.

Having been established in the customer data space for a number of years, they have been going through a step change over the course of the last year. This now means they are looking to grow in terms of their headcount and also their overall reach and dataoffering. They now form part of a wider global marketing agency group, meaning an influx of work from existing and new group level clients PLUS their own independent new business. They are looking to hire this role (amongst) others in order to support thisgrowth, and the development of the data offering from both an independent and group level. They're on an exciting growth trajectory with 60% growth in one year, and that's not including the current hires in the market.

My client is looking for an experienced Digital Analytics Lead to spearhead their capabilities across digital analytics, strategy and optimization. You'll spend your day leading digitally orientated analytics projects, encompassing web analytics & CRO, mediaoptimisation and digital insights, as well as advancing our thought leadership and progressive use of techniques and tools.

This is a great opportunity for an inquisitive and innovative individual to work in a hands-on capacity step-changing the client's digital analytics capabilities, working across major brands.

This role requires:

- Excellent hands-on digital analytics and technical skills, with proven ability to analyse complex data, to drive enhanced digital customer experience.
- Experience with owned 1st party digital data, advanced web analytics capabilities to optimise website performance.
- Experience with social media analytics, and utilisation of tools & techniques to develop social listening and sentiment measurement capabilities.
- Experience evaluating digital performance, including developing appropriate multi-channel measurement programs across full digital spectrum.
- Experience in media optimisation, including digital attribution (ROAS), broader media attribution (TV spend) and Marketing-Mix Modelling (MMM) and the ability to translate outputs into recommendations on media strategy.
- Understanding of advanced statistical techniques such as A/B testing, ANOVA, predictive modelling etc.
- Experience developing audience segmentation and deployment across digital channels.
- Familiar with cross-platform and paid/organic posting mechanics and impact on reporting/measurement.
- An ability to build strong collaborative relationships across functions; ability to inspire internally and externally with all things digital analytics.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage board level internal and client relationships
- Client management experience, in terms of day-to-day management
- Team leadership & line management skills and experience, with a desire to contribute to wider team knowledge sharing and upskill; clear demonstration to be able to inspire and lead a growing team.
