Contracts Administrator

This is a great opportunity to join a well-reputed Training Provider in a fast paced, yet rewarding role as we are expanding our delivery. You will be working on key role focussed on our Adult Education and Youth based contracts. There is also scope and opportunity for progression within the business as we have recently promoted within the department.
**Duties**:
- Providing specialist knowledge, advice, and support to perspective and active learners to help them choose an academic program that matches their interests, abilities, and goals
- Involve learner's recruitment and make sure they place into the correct course and level
- To answer telephone calls and deal with enquiries
- Managing class schedules and teaching staff to ensure adequate coverage of courses
- Reviewing student progress to determine whether they are meeting academic standards and will complete on time
- Monitoring student’s academic progress and provide recommendations to centre manager
- Supervise team members by coordinating workload, delegating tasks, and providing feedback to support their development
- Establish effective working relationships to ensure smooth communication of policies and procedures
- Updating, maintaining, and providing teaching information proactively
- Regularly communicating with and keeping students and staff informed of upcoming matters
- Liaising with external and internal Examiners to ensure efficient administration of examinations
- The timetabling of examinations; preparation of exam papers; the marking of submitted coursework
- Proactively managing checking procedures and suggesting improvements to existing procedures
- Analyse student data from enrolment data to destination data
- Participating in meetings with students, teaching staff, and other administrators to discuss academic issues
- To maintain an up-to-date database and associated spreadsheets for the management of the contract
- Ensuring contractual compliance and data accuracy across our programme delivery
- Attending team meetings and minute taking
- Preparation of reports as needed by the Prime and SMT
- Ensure successful audit of paperwork and process
- Participation in SAR preparation
- To help with general office duties, including photocopying and filing as required
- Other Ad Hoc duties as required
**Required Knowledge & Experience**:
- Must have recently worked as an Administrator within an Education & Training setting
- Must have experience of working on Apprenticeship, Traineeship, Adult Education and or Youth contracts
- At least 2 years experience working in a similar role
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Up to date knowledge of the Education & Skills Sector
- A great communicator with some sales experience preferred
**Working Hours**: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
