We are looking for an experienced Child Protection Chair to join the team in Buckinghamshire Council.

The Conferencing Service is a valued and embedded service, which works collaboratively with key partners, children and families. We are looking for a Child Protection Chair to chair Child Protection Conferences, according to statutory requirements.

You will chair Child Protection Conferences, leading decision making and developing Child Protection Plans with the child's voice clearly evident. You will monitor the progress of Child Protection Plans bi-monthly between conferences, ensuring quality assurance oversight and challenging any shortfalls in practice or resources.
