Part of the THL global network, Just go are currently the largest Motorhome rental company in the UK. Alongside our established UK hire business, we have recently launched Just go International.

Our valued **International Travel Consultants** will work as one team to create memories for our customers and deliver exceptional service, whatever the situation.

**The role**:

- As an **International Travel Consultant**, you will provide expert guidance to create the perfect motorhome experience for our customers.
- Research, plan, and carry out personalised travel experiences to New Zealand, Australia and USA.
- You will anticipate any questions our customers might have and act as an expert on our fleet, procedures and policies.
- Be knowledgeable and confident on our in-house systems; the ability to navigate and accurately update these systems is an essential part of ensuring we do all that we say we will for our customers.
- Add real value to customer conversations whilst achieving individual targets and KPI’s (including adherence and quality standards).

**About you**:
You will have previous telephone-based customer service and sales experience, ideally within the contact centre or travel industry.

You’ll have a genuine passion for going above and beyond for customers, excellent communication skills and an aptitude for IT packages and inhouse systems.

You’ll be resilient, flexible, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

You’ll be someone who is constantly striving to improve the service you offer as our customers are at the heart of what we do. It’s really important to us that our customers are happy with their product and your outstanding service.
