A high-end property management business is looking to recruit an additional lettings manager to help them manage and service their extensive portfolio of luxury and serviced apartments.

With a broad and every growing portfolio, our well-established client is keen to on board someone looking to develop their skills and build a long-standing career with them.

In this role, you can expect to be responsible for:

- Overseeing a portfolio of 50+ properties
- Overseeing the complete process, from marketing the property, issuing the tenancy agreement property inspections and viewings
- Liaising with clients keeping them always updated
- Focusing on maximising company income
- Travelling to portfolio sites to assess and carry out inspections
- Business development and networking
- Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously with a passion for what you do
- Have great reporting and documenting skills, which are easy to understand delivering an accurate, clear, and concise message in a timely manner
- Know the importance to speak and meet with people in a timely manner as a priority to build relationships or deal with difficult situations
- Have great organisational and time management skills which play a key reason to successful performance and outcomes
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Be proficient with a property management platform or CRM
- Can manage complaints
- Have demonstrable experience in updating management as necessary

**In return you will receive**:
