**Lettings Manager - Birmingham City Centre - up to £30k basic + Commission**
My client is a leading, independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand based in the City Centre of Birmingham who have been established for many years.They are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager with strong people management skills who will be responsiblefor the day to day operation of the lettings department including business generation, valuations, training and coaching staff members, ensuring compliance, client care and manage long term existing relationships with landlords and tenants.
**Main Duties for the Lettings Manager Role**:

- Manage and mentor the lettings team members to ensure they are appropriately motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the lettings department, ensuring compliance and effective staff cover at all times.
- Chair morning meetings and ensure they are energetic, focused and actively participated in by the whole team
- Conduct market appraisals to gain completed client instructions

**Key Skills Required for the Lettings Manager Role**:

- Lettings experience essential
- A good understanding of Lettings legislation ideally ARLA qualified
- People management experience
- Have a proven track record with knowledge and experience of developing an established brand throughout a local market.
- Communicate in traditional and modern methods to achieve a successful conclusion.
- Be able to lead by example and willing to learn and develop with an open minded approach to work.
- Be energetic, driven and determined.
