**What you will receive as a Senior Care Assistant;**
- **£11.90 per hour**:

- **Full-time, permanent** contract
- **38.5 hours per week** on a rolling 6-week rota
- **12 hours shifts, **3 on 3 off, 8am-8pm
- Based in Hinckley - **LE10 0JD**

**What you will be doing as a Senior Care Assistant;**
- Assist residents with the activities of daily living and personal care
- Supervise a team of carers, providing support and assistance where required
- Act as a role model for other care staff in respect of day-to-day activities
- Provide support at meal times
- Ensuring residents' independence, dignity and respect, by delivering the very best person-centred care
- Responsible for daily medication rounds, ensuring records are maintained
- Interacting with, and encouraging residents to socialise and take part in activities

**What you will need to be successful as a Senior Care Assistant;**
- Experience working within a caring environment
- Hold or be willing to work towards L3 in Health and Social Care

- Willingness to develop new skills
