**Location**: Broughty Ferry, Dundee

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Staff to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for providing top-notch service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- **Order Management**: Take orders accurately and efficiently, and handle transactions with attention to detail.
- **Cocktail Making**: Prepare and serve cocktails to the highest standard.
- **Barista Duties**: Create quality coffee and other beverages as required.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations.
- **Cleanliness & Safety**: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday: Choose from two shift options:

- 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least two years of experience in a hospitality role.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in cocktail making and barista training preferred.
- **Attitude**: Positive, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various tasks as needed.
