**R2R Team Leader // Manchester // up to £55,000 plus Bonus // Hybrid**

Salary is up to £55k plus 10% annual bonus. Employees work on a hybrid basis - 2 days per week in the office. 37.5 per week and flex on start/finish times, ( flexibility required at critical times, ie. Month-end etc)

Duties include:

- Oversee a team of around six people
- Perform General Ledger Accounting processes
- Carry out Cost Centre reviews
- Have delegated responsibility for the balance sheet and liability management of the stakeholder,
- Accurately compile and report statistics and analyse financial information.
- Co-ordinate and deliver all supporting documentation for compliance
- Contribute to delivering the finance vision and support key change initiatives and drive through continuous improvement

Skills and experience:

- CIMA / ACCA/ACA), or studying or qualified by experience.
- Sound end to end knowledge of the R2R process
- Experience of working within a large business in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to supporting multiple country / multiple entity based market controllers
- Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience
- Experience working with internal and external auditors
- Continuous improvement approach
- Knowledge of IFRS
